New employees will receive systematic training for 1 to 2 weeks after onboarding. The training comprehensively covers core modules including corporate culture and business philosophy, attendance management and salary & benefits, product technology and industry expertise, sales skills and client communication, as well as practical problem-solving.
02 On-the-job Coaching | Mentorship Program, Accelerate Growth Through Practical Work
