Focusing on major industries including iron and steel, non-ferrous metals, petrochemicals, chemical engineering, building materials, electric power, machinery, aviation, shipbuilding, light textile and electronics, we will vigorously push forward the renewal and technological transformation of production equipment, energy-consuming equipment, power generation, transmission and distribution equipment and other facilities.

Conduct regular customer follow-ups: track product usage status (such as equipment operation stability and consumable consumption cycles), remind customers to perform maintenance (such as adding lubricating oil), and boost customers' willingness to make repeat purchases.

Customer relationship maintenance

Rapid response to after-sales demands: For instance, if equipment malfunctions, we will connect you with the Voofu maintenance team within 24 hours or provide spare equipment (such as temporary replacement of key components) to minimize customers' losses caused by downtime.
