On new installation or renovation projects, on-site surveying and mapping will be conducted. Based on the operating conditions of the equipment before renovation and the expected performance after renovation, we will arrange design work and provide optimization solutions.
After the equipment arrives at the user's site, our company will send professional technicians to the project site to provide installation guidance and commissioning services. The entire project will be completed within the agreed time frame. We will prevent unnecessary errors caused by handover between staff and ensure the project is finished smoothly with zero mistakes.
1. Service Commitments During the Warranty Period: Warranty Period: 18 months after product delivery, or 12 months after installation and commissioning (or otherwise agreed upon), whichever comes first. We guarantee the normal operation of the equipment within the warranty period. If any malfunction or damage occurs due to inherent defects of the equipment during the warranty period, our company will provide free repair or replacement services.
2. Service Commitments After the Warranty Period: Once the warranty period expires, if the equipment breaks down and on-site service by technical engineers of Anhui Wofu is required, please contact our sales staff for further negotiation.

1. Service Timeliness: After receiving the faulty parts, Anhui Wofu will send the qualified products back to the customer within one week.
2. Within the warranty period, upon receiving notification from the user, we will provide maintenance services and repair or replace defective products free of charge to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
3. After the warranty period, we can provide spare parts at any time if required, and only charge cost fees as appropriate. Anhui Wofu has a strict sales management system, with no arbitrary charges or price hikes.

In case of any quality problems arising during the use of equipment and products, our team will respond promptly and offer corresponding technical solutions and service support.
3. Technical Personnel Support:
If on-site assistance is required to address malfunctions, our technical engineers will be dispatched to the site to troubleshoot problems. We also provide lifelong technical support for systems and equipment under the contracted projects, including technical consultation, on-site technical services and supply of spare parts.
4. Service Response Time Support:
Upon receiving service requests, the After-sales Service Department of Anhui Wofu will reply to customers with follow-up arrangements within two hours. If on-site service is needed, technical engineers will arrive at the service site within 48 hours (refer to the above response schedule for details).
5. Scheduled Equipment Inspection Support:
The inspection covers parameter checking and setting of equipment, conductor reel inspection, equipment operation status check, inspection of electrical components and switches, as well as internal dust removal of equipment. We will also deliver equipment operation reports and rectification suggestions.
1. After the products are sold, our company will provide users with professional technical training covering equipment installation, testing, operation, maintenance, fault diagnosis and fault location.
2. During the training sessions, our instructors will deliver lectures earnestly and patiently. We will do our utmost to help trainees gain an in-depth understanding of both the hardware and software of the equipment, enabling them to perform basic management, maintenance and simple troubleshooting. For on-site training at our company, practical operation and maintenance training will be arranged in our workshop.
