The voofu 100,000 N·m Permanent Magnet Drive Transmission Performance Type Test Bench is an advanced test platform jointly built by voofu Permanent Magnet Technology Co., Ltd., the 712th Research Institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, and Soochow University. The test bench covers an area of nearly 600 square meters and integrates a 2MW-level energy-recovery permanent magnet motor and a permanent magnet coupler/adjustable speed drive test system (including two 2MW load motors, two 2MW converter cast iron platforms, torque measuring instruments, and a measurement and control system, etc.). The total investment in enterprise technology development instruments and equipment has reached 12.4653 million RMB. The completion of this test bench marks a major breakthrough in the construction of basic research and development facilities for permanent magnet transmission and permanent magnet drive in China, with experimental capabilities significantly enhanced.

1. High Torque Testing Capability:

- The maximum design torque of the test bench structural components can reach 100 kN·m, meeting the testing requirements of high-power permanent magnet transmission equipment.

- Supports various adjustable voltages, adapting to testing needs under different operating conditions.

2. Testing of Multiple Types of Permanent Magnet Equipment:

- Can perform type tests and factory tests for disc-type, drum-type, air-cooled, oil-cooled, and water-cooled permanent magnet adjustable speed drives.

- Supports type tests and factory tests for disc-type and drum-type permanent magnet couplers.

- Can perform type tests and factory tests for wound permanent magnet adjustable speed drives.

- Also capable of type tests and factory tests for various motors and couplings.

3. High-Precision Measurement System:

- The test bench is equipped with high-precision torque sensors, loading devices, and data acquisition systems, capable of accurately obtaining experimental data such as temperature, vibration, torque, and speed of the equipment under test during operation.

- Supports frequency signal acquisition from 0-15kHz, with measurement accuracy of 0.01%-0.1%. It can simultaneously acquire multiple analog signals and display real-time values, dynamic curves, and three-dimensional spectra such as torque-time.

4. Intelligent and Modular Design:

- The test bench adopts non-contact signal transmission technology and modular design, offering both anti-interference capability and repeatable measurement accuracy.

- Integrates fatigue life assessment and fault simulation functions, supporting full-operating condition simulation, edge intelligence, and cloud platform collaboration.

5. Safety Protection and Environmental Design:

- The test bench is equipped with comprehensive ventilation systems, biological safety cabinets, and other safety protection facilities to ensure safe and reliable experimental processes.

- The cooling system is reasonably designed to avoid safety hazards caused by equipment overheating.
