Anhui Voofu Permanent Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 2010, located at No. 3169 Jimingshan Road, Tanggang Center, Hefei High-Tech Zone, Anhui Province. The company owns a self-built production base covering an area of 30,000 square meters in the zone. Positioned as a comprehensive energy technology service provider, it takes efficient energy utilization and energy conservation & consumption reduction as its mission, and strives to become a leading enterprise in China's permanent magnet drive and transmission technology sector.
Looking back on its development history, Voofu launched the production of permanent magnet governors right after its establishment in 2010. In 2011, mass production of the 2000kW vertical permanent magnet governor was realized. By 2013, the company had established a sales network covering all 31 provincial capitals across China. In 2015, its new factory, R&D center and testing center in Shanghai were officially put into operation. In the same year, the company was included in the Cultivation Program for Science and Technology Little Giant Enterprises and passed the certification of three major ISO management systems.
Since then, Voofu has entered a period of rapid growth. The 4500kW oil-cooled permanent magnet governor was put into production in 2018. In 2019, the 5000kW oil-cooled model was launched and put into service, while provincial and municipal government funds were introduced. In 2020, the company obtained the Integration of Informatization and Industrialization Management System Certification issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China, and its oil-cooled technology was appraised as a domestically leading scientific and technological achievement.
From 2021 onwards, Voofu successively obtained the recognition of the First Set of Major Technical Equipment of Anhui Province and was listed in the National Recommended Catalogue of Industrial Energy-Saving Technologies. By 2023, the company had led and participated in the formulation of 3 national standards and 2 industrial standards, and acquired the Grade II Qualification for General Contracting of Electromechanical Engineering Construction. It was certified as a Digital Workshop in 2024, and multiple product lines obtained certifications for explosion protection, 3C and coal mine safety.
In 2025, Voofu's products were included in the first batch of Advanced and Applicable Technologies released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. As of 2026, Voofu's permanent magnet synchronous motors have obtained the Class 1 Energy Efficiency Label, and its products have been successfully applied in more than 3,000 projects in total.

The Voofu Permanent Magnet Governor (WF-T Series) is a revolutionary transmission and speed regulation device. Based on Lenz's Law of electromagnetism, it adopts rare-earth permanent magnets and alloy conductors to transmit torque in a non-contact manner through air gaps. Its core feature is that there is no physical or mechanical connection between the permanent magnet rotor and the conductor rotor, and torque is transmitted purely by magnetic fields across the gap.

三、Working Principle
The core working principle of Voofu Permanent Magnet Governor is eddy current coupling transmission. Specifically, the motor drives the conductor disc to rotate. As the disc cuts magnetic lines in the strong magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet rotor, eddy currents are produced on its surface in accordance with Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction. These eddy currents further create an induced magnetic field on the disc. Based on Lenz's law, attractive and repulsive forces arise between the induced magnetic field and the permanent magnets. The combined forces in the rotating direction form a net driving torque, which pulls the permanent magnet rotor to rotate in the same direction, realizing non-contact torque transmission from the motor to the load.
During operation, the permanent magnet rotor is connected to the load shaft and the conductor rotor to the motor shaft. In terms of energy saving, fans and water pumps are typical centrifugal loads, whose power is proportional to the cube of rotational speed.
