Employees are the backbone of the company's team building. In order to enable each employee to effectively master graphic recognition and usage techniques, and enhance the comprehensive skills of frontline employees, on September 19th, Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology conducted graphic recognition and usage training. The employees trained this time include: permanent magnet transmission assembly workshop, permanent magnet electric machine assembly workshop, machining workshop, quality control department/equipment department, procurement department, finance department and other department employees. At the same time, employees from functional departments of the company headquarters who are interested also actively participated in the training.

CAD engineering drawing recognition and drafting are widely used in the field of assembly machining. Structural engineer Zhao Jian, based on the basic operations and requirements of CAD application, explained in detail the CAD drawing standards from the aspects of drawing frame, title block, scale bar, legend, dimension annotation, etc., and demonstrated them in practice with actual cases. The training personnel practiced the steps of drawing recognition and drafting on site, and the interactive effect of the training was good, effectively strengthening their practical ability.

From casting to precision machining, the almost ultimate precision requirements are reflected in these mechanical drawings. For Xu Mingkai, understanding the quality control points of equipment manufacturing through dimension labeling, part serial numbers, and content labeling on the drawings is an essential skill for quality inspectors. Previously, he followed the experience passed down by the workshop master to complete inspections, but now he can master detailed drawing data through on-site training courses on mechanical drawing recognition.

After the training, all training staff actively engaged in discussions and exchanges on the key and difficult points of the teaching, sought advice from employees with solid foundations, completed homework in a timely manner, digested the knowledge learned, consolidated learning achievements, and finally answered questions for the participating employees who were puzzled during the practice process. This training came to a successful end in a strong learning atmosphere.

By conducting training on the subject of map recognition and usage, frontline employees have further mastered relevant theoretical knowledge and skills, effectively enhanced their ability to recognize and use maps, and laid a solid foundation for doing their job well.
