Foreign Trade Sales Manager
1、 Main responsibilities of the position
Market development and customer maintenance to explore the Central Asian or Southeast Asian markets, searching for potential customers through online and offline channels, such as participating in international exhibitions, utilizing foreign trade platforms, social media, etc.
Maintain existing customer relationships, regularly communicate needs, solve customer problems, and promote long-term cooperation.
Order processing and execution: Receive and process customer orders, coordinate internal production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery.
Track order progress, handle issues related to transportation, customs clearance, inspection, and other processes to ensure smooth import and export of goods.
Business negotiation and contract management negotiate with clients on terms such as price, payment method, delivery time, etc., sign contracts and ensure their execution.
Pay attention to changes in international trade regulations and policies to ensure that contract terms comply with local regulatory requirements.
Market research and analysis collect economic, political, cultural, and other information about the target market, analyze market trends and competitive situations.
Assess market risks and provide data support for company decision-making.
Product promotion and marketing: Create promotional materials to showcase the company's product advantages to customers.
Develop and execute marketing plans to enhance the company's brand awareness in the local area.
2、 Job requirements
Professional background: Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, business English, foreign languages, or related fields.
Familiarity with languages in Central Asia or Southeast Asia (such as Russian, Vietnamese, Thai, etc.) is preferred.
Language proficiency: English CET-4 or above, with good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, able to communicate effectively in business.
Priority will be given to those who master local languages or minor languages, such as Russian, Uzbek, Malay, etc.
Work experience of 1-3 years in foreign trade related fields, with priority given to those with experience in Central Asia or Southeast Asia markets.
Familiar with import and export customs declaration and inspection processes, familiar with international trade terms and rules.
Skill requirements: Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PPT, etc.), with priority given to ERP system operators.
Have basic data analysis skills and market sensitivity.
Comprehensive qualities include good communication skills, negotiation skills, and teamwork spirit.
Capable of adapting to frequent business trips or overseas work, possessing cross-cultural communication skills and stress resistance.
