The informatization has reached a new level - Wofu's new version of OA system has been launched and all staff training has been successfully completed!

　　In order to continuously accelerate the information flow of the group company and its subsidiaries, improve office efficiency, and further move the enterprise towards standardization and modernization, Wofu Permanent Magnet Group recently held an OA system operation training, which provided training to all employees of the group company and its subsidiaries through online and offline methods.

　　At the meeting, the person in charge of implementation systematically introduced the outstanding advantages of the new version of OA system compared to the previous OA system, and used straightforward and concise language and on-site demonstrations to enable all trainees to quickly master the use of various functions such as document issuance and approval processes of the new version of OA. This is already the second training session for the new version of OA system. I believe that after two trainings, everyone has a comprehensive understanding of the new OA office system and has a preliminary grasp of how to use the new functions, laying a solid foundation for the use of OA office system.

During this period, more than 110 employees participated in the training. Through this training, all employees became more proficient in the application of the new version of OA electronic office system, improved their office efficiency, achieved paperless office, reduced paper printing costs, saved resources, and improved efficiency.
