The world is changing from 'magnetism', and Wolfe permanent magnets make their debut at the 2021 World Manufacturing Conference

On November 19-22, the 2021 World Manufacturing Conference opened at the Binhu Convention and Exhibition Center in Hefei. The theme of this conference is "Innovation driven Digital Empowerment, Joining Hands with High quality Development of Global Manufacturing Industry", jointly hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Commerce, State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, Chinese Academy of Engineering, Anhui Provincial People's Government and other units. The conference held a keynote forum, "600" project docking, as well as various themed activities and parallel forums. Domestic and foreign guests participated in the conference activities through a combination of online and offline methods.

Anhui Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wofu Permanent Magnet), as a high-tech enterprise specializing in the field of permanent magnet transmission, was invited to attend the conference and showcase a series of permanent magnet transmission products independently developed by Wofu Permanent Magnet in the "Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Theme Exhibition Area". Among them, the oil cooled permanent magnet governor exhibited received widespread attention and praise from the on-site audience.

As the core product of Wofu Permanent Magnet, the horizontal oil cooled permanent magnet governor transmits torque through the air gap. When the motor rotates, it drives the active rotor of the conductor to cut the magnetic field lines, and generates an induced magnetic field through eddy currents in the magnetic field. The magnetic attraction and repulsion between the induced magnetic field and the permanent magnetic field pull the driven load, achieving torque transmission between the motor and the load. It replaces traditional electronic frequency converters and hydraulic couplings, with a power saving rate of up to 20% to 50% and significant energy-saving effects. In the renovation project of Guodian Zhenjiang Dagang Thermal Power Plant, the induced draft fan is regulated by a horizontal oil cooled permanent magnet speed controller, which saves a total of 2.2458 million kW • h of electricity per year, equivalent to 729.88 tons of standard coal per year, and reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 2023.6 tons per year. The horizontal oil cooled permanent magnet governor has also obtained the "Domestic Leading" technology registration certification (certificate number: 202034ZK4474), and has been registered and filed with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for scientific and technological achievements (registration number 3392020Y137). It is also included in the fifth part of the 2018/2020 National Industrial Energy saving Technology Application Guidelines and Cases (2020): Energy saving Technology for Motor Systems, and the first batch of Anhui Province's "first set" of major technical equipment in 2021.
