On the morning of October 25, 2021, amidst the solemn and joyful sound of cannon salutes, the groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of the Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission R&D and Production Base was grandly held in Nangang Science and Technology Park, Hefei High tech Zone. Leaders of the Hefei High tech Zone Management Committee, various bureaus and offices, and directly affiliated companies; Leaders and guests from Shushan District, Nangang Town, Nangang Science and Technology Park, and cooperative financial institutions attended the event.

Mr. Xu Xiukun, Chairman and General Manager of Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology, gave a warm welcome speech at the groundbreaking ceremony. Then, Lv Bo, Deputy Director of the Hefei High tech Zone Management Committee, delivered a speech on stage, giving strong recognition to the achievements of Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology in recent years and hoping that the project will be completed soon, contributing his own strength to the national "3060" dual carbon strategy. Subsequently, Mr. Shang Guangnian, Executive Director and General Manager of Anhui Shuangfeng Construction Group Co., Ltd., the project construction unit, delivered a speech on stage, stating that strong organizational management and high-quality construction guarantees will be provided for the project construction, ensuring that the project is completed on schedule and with high quality. Finally, Director Lv Bo of the Hefei High tech Zone Management Committee solemnly announced that the first phase of the Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission R&D and production base has officially started construction, and the guests in attendance jointly laid the foundation for the project. At this moment, the ribbon is rising, the cannon is firing in unison, and the applause is thunderous, pushing the groundbreaking ceremony to a climax. The groundbreaking ceremony for the first phase of the Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission R&D and Production Base has been a complete success.

The Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission R&D and Production Base covers an area of 30 acres, with a total construction area of 26000 square meters and a total of 4 factory buildings. The construction project started this time is the first phase 1 # factory building, with a construction area of 6447 square meters, which is the main production and assembly plant. After completion and operation, it will greatly alleviate the contradiction between high-speed growth orders and production capacity constraints, and can produce 1500 sets of permanent magnet transmission equipment annually, creating more than 200 new job opportunities.

The successful foundation laying of the first phase of Wofu Permanent Magnet Base is a high recognition of Wofu Permanent Magnet by Hefei High tech Zone, Shushan District, and Nangang Science and Technology Park.
