Role Model | Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology Third Quarter Excellence and Commendation Conference

Time pays off the strugglers, forge ahead at the right time. To commend the advanced and promote work, the third quarter of Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology's third quarter evaluation is in full swing. After a fair, just, and open vote by all employees, the production model, service model, sales model, and special contribution award for the third quarter have been announced.

1. Zhang, an excellent production model, joined in March 2023 and is currently working in the machining and general vehicle position. He is able to conscientiously perform his duties, diligently study machining skills, and generously guide colleagues in the workshop.

2. Service model engineer Luo, who joined in April 2022, is currently working as an electrical engineer in the permanent magnet drive R&D department. He is able to quickly familiarize himself with and grasp the work situation, is good at handling professional problems encountered in work, and has personal insights. He has strong communication and collaboration skills.

3. Special Contribution Award Manager Zhou, joined in August 2022 and currently serves as the Accounting Supervisor in the Finance Department. He is proactive in his work and has strong execution skills. In addition to our own work, we cooperated with Qiyang Production Management as required by the company to sort and clean up the inventory of Qiyang's original ERP system combined with physical inventory, laying the foundation for the standardization of Qiyang's inventory and financial management.

4. Sales model Manager Liu, who joined in 2021, achieved a sales target achievement rate of 238.7% this quarter, making him the undisputed sales champion!
