Guarding Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology with Love to Carry out Employee Safety Education Work

To further enhance employees' emergency awareness and self rescue capabilities in the face of unexpected events and injuries, and to popularize emergency rescue knowledge, on the afternoon of July 10th, Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology conducted employee safety education in the training room on the first floor.

Zhang Hongye, a specially invited lecturer for public health education, gave a lecture on cardiopulmonary resuscitation, trauma rescue, common emergency management and other first aid knowledge and skills to the staff present. The on-site interaction was lively. Throughout the training process, the employees present actively participated in the drill, cooperated with each other, practiced with each other, standardized the pressing position and technique, carefully learned the operation essentials, and ensured that they could correctly rescue in emergency situations.

The main contents of this safety education work include:

1. Emergency response knowledge for sudden events, including first aid knowledge (Heimlich first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, artificial respiration) and on-site demonstration with a dummy;

2. Prevention knowledge and improvement of major diseases and common occupational diseases in the workplace;

3. Popularize knowledge about employees' mental health and relieve psychological pressure on the workplace.

Through this safety education training, not only has the employees' awareness of first aid been strengthened and their emergency rescue capabilities enhanced, but also a good atmosphere of "everyone learns first aid, first aid for everyone" has been created within Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology Company.
