Technical Service Commitment

Pre sales technical support and innovation

New installation or renovation projects will conduct on-site surveying, combine the operating conditions of the equipment before renovation and the desired effects after renovation, organize design, and provide optimization solutions.


Installation and debugging services during sales

After the equipment arrives at the user, our company will send specialized technical personnel to the project site for installation guidance and debugging. The entire project implementation process will be completed within the agreed upon time frame to avoid unnecessary errors caused by personnel handover and ensure a smooth and error free completion of the project.


Warranty period service commitment

1. Service commitment during the warranty period: "Warranty period: 18 months after the product leaves the factory or 12 months after installation and commissioning (or as otherwise agreed) (whichever is applicable), and the equipment is guaranteed to be used normally during the warranty period. under warranty

If there is any malfunction or damage caused by the equipment itself, our company will provide free repair or replacement.

2. Service commitment after the warranty period: If the equipment malfunctions after the warranty period and requires on-site service from Anhui Wofu technical engineers, please contact our business sales personnel for negotiation.


Spare parts supply guarantee

1. Service delivery time: Anhui Wofu will send the good products back to the customer within one week after receiving the faulty parts;

2. During the warranty period, after receiving notification from the user, we will provide maintenance services and free repair or replacement of non-conforming products to ensure the normal operation of the equipment;  

3. After the warranty period, if spare parts are still needed, they will be provided at any time and a cost fee will be charged at the discretion. Anhui Wofu Sales has a strict management system, and there is no phenomenon of arbitrary charges or price increases.

1. Phone support:

Assist users in resolving on-site issues through telephone guidance;

2. Spare parts support:

During the use of equipment products, if any quality problems occur, we are able to respond promptly and provide users with certain technical solutions and service support;  

3. Technical support:

When on-site fault handling requires on-site support, our service technical engineers will arrive at the site to provide services and assist in solving the problem; Provide lifelong technical support for systems and equipment in contract projects, including technical consulting and technical expertise

Support from personnel and supply of spare parts, etc;

4. Service timeliness support:

When receiving a service request, the after-sales service department of Anhui Wofu will reply to the customer within two hours for follow-up arrangements; Arrange technical engineers to arrive at the service site within 48 hours of the need for on-site response (see the above response schedule for details);

5. Agreed equipment inspection support:

Including parameter inspection and setting of equipment, conductor disk inspection, equipment working condition inspection, electrical component switch inspection, internal dust cleaning of equipment, providing equipment operation status report and rectification suggestions.


In terms of technical training

1. After the product is sold, our company will provide users with technical services such as equipment installation, testing, use, maintenance, fault diagnosis, and fault location;   

2. During the training process, our company will explain carefully and patiently, and do our best to enable the trainees to have a deeper understanding of the software and hardware of the equipment, so that the trainees can have simple management and maintenance, as well as simple troubleshooting skills

Work. If you come to our company for training, you can receive operation and maintenance training in our workshop. Our company guarantees that the training personnel are proficient in equipment performance and can independently operate the equipment;
