　　On the morning of November 28, 2023, the main structure of the 2nd factory building of the Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission Parts Production and Permanent Magnet Motor R&D Industrialization Base was successfully topped out!

Starting from the end of April 2023 and taking only 7 months, the main structure of Building 2 has been successfully topped out, and the construction of Building 3/4 is also intensifying, with the main structure construction nearing completion. The successful topping out of Building 2 marks a milestone victory in the construction of the Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission Parts Production and Permanent Magnet Motor R&D Industrialization Base project, creating construction conditions for the transition to masonry construction. Wofu Permanent Magnet will continue to accelerate the construction progress, strictly control safety and quality, and ensure the smooth progress of the project construction.

The land area of the Wofu Permanent Magnet Transmission Parts Production and Permanent Magnet Motor R&D Industrialization Base project is 11203.8 square meters (16.8056 acres), with a total construction area of 21168 square meters, including 6898 square meters for Building 2, 6548 square meters for Building 3, and 7722 square meters for Building 4. The total investment is nearly 300 million yuan. It is used for assembly, sheet metal, machining, testing, warehousing, and R&D, and purchases CNC winding machines, CNC expansion machines, electric double beam cranes, dynamic balancing, CNC machine tools, packaging machines, hydraulic handling vehicles and other processing equipment, as well as digital production and processing workshops, various voltage, resistance, power frequency testers, customized complete experimental platforms and other R&D equipment.
