  After nearly a year of foundational construction, equipment installation, and no-load operation testing, the jointly developed 100,000 Nm permanent magnet drive transmission performance test bench—financed with tens of millions by Wolf Permanent Magnet in collaboration with a key military research laboratory under China State Shipbuilding Corporation—recently achieved its first successful load-bearing test. It initially met the designed rated operating parameters, marking that the test bench's operational conditions comply with the test design requirements and laying the groundwork for subsequent formal testing.

  This load test was conducted using two 2000kW asynchronous motors, two gear reducers, and a Wolf permanent magnet self-developed oil-cooled TW950 permanent magnet speed controller with a peak torque of 35,000Nm. On-site inspection confirmed that the test bench accurately simulated the operating conditions of the TW950 oil-cooled permanent magnet speed controller, enabling precise acquisition of experimental data such as temperature, vibration, torque, and rotational speed during operation.

  The Wofu Permanent Magnet 100000 Nm Permanent Magnet Drive Transmission Performance Type Test Platform has been successfully completed, and the pending simulation tests have been successfully completed. This marks a major breakthrough in the construction of China's traditional permanent magnet and permanent magnet drive infrastructure, a significant improvement in experimental capabilities, and an important milestone in the development history of China's traditional permanent magnet and permanent magnet drive. After the test bench is put into use, it will effectively ensure the smooth implementation of research and development, testing, and technological breakthroughs in equipment such as permanent magnet speed controllers, permanent magnet couplers, permanent magnet direct drive motors, and permanent magnet drum motors, providing strong support for accelerating the achievement of China's carbon neutrality and peak carbon goals.
