　　Recently, the last pile foundation of the second phase of the transmission research and development production base of Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully poured, marking the completion of the construction of all 293 pile foundations in the second phase of the transmission research and development production base of Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. and the successful achievement of the phased construction period target. Next, the project will fully transition from substructure construction to above ground construction, striving to achieve the goal of completing the main production base project by the end of the year.

　　As a key investment attraction project in Nangang Park, Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology has a total land area of about 30 acres and a total construction area of about 28000 square meters. A total of 4 factories will be built, including the first phase of the construction of Factory 1 (completed and put into use), with an above ground construction area of 6447.29 square meters. The construction of this project covers 6898 square meters for Building 2, 6548 square meters for Building 3, and 7722 square meters for Building 4, which will be used for assembly, sheet metal, machining, testing, warehousing, and research and development. The second phase is expected to be completed in February 2024.

Next, Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology will cooperate with the second phase construction project department of Longsheng Group to continuously supervise the scientific scheduling of various construction teams, plan ahead, strengthen construction organization and technical management, steadily grasp the materials, progress, safety, and quality on site, and vigorously promote the construction of subsequent projects to ensure the timely and high-quality completion of various project milestones.

　　After the project is completed and put into operation, it will accelerate the large-scale industrialization process of the company's traditional advantage product permanent magnet speed controller, and stimulate the industrial transformation of new products such as low-speed direct drive permanent magnet motor technology achievements. It can produce 1000 sets of permanent magnet couplings and 500 sets of permanent magnet speed controllers annually, with an expected increase in annual output revenue of 200 million yuan.
