The research and industrialization project of Wofu Permanent Magnet Drive is located at 3169 Jimingshan Road, Nangang Science and Technology Park, Hefei High tech Zone. As a key project for attracting investment in the park, the land area is 19804.03 square meters (approximately 29.71 acres), with a total construction area of 28151.36 square meters. A total of 4 factories will be built, including the first phase of the construction of Factory 1, with a ground construction area of 6447.29 square meters.
