It has continued to stop production in a large area for several weeks, and residential buildings have been closed down. Normal production and life have been seriously affected. Our R&D and production center located in Songjiang District, Shanghai is no exception. We have received multiple notices from the government to suspend all production activities and conduct nucleic acid testing for all employees. Shanghai and surrounding suppliers have delayed delivery, and more than half of our employees are locked at home and unable to work every day. Sales and service engineers have abnormal travel codes and are unable to travel or provide services.

Unfortunately, this round of epidemic will inevitably affect our company's order production and after-sales service, which may cause delays in the shipment, installation, maintenance and other work of some orders. We sincerely apologize to our customers and friends for any inconvenience caused to your work.

Our company will fully respond to and cooperate with the government's various control measures, striving to overcome the epidemic and return to normal production and life order as soon as possible. We have developed detailed and reliable overtime and material reminder plans for orders that may be delayed in delivery and service. We will make every effort to organize rush work and ensure production as soon as the epidemic is lifted, and do our best to ensure order execution and service quality!
