1、 Holiday time

From January 31st to February 6th, 2022, there will be 7 days of compensatory leave. I will be working on January 29th (Saturday) and January 30th (Sunday), 2022. Normal work on Monday, February 7th, 2022.

2、 Precautions

1. Before the holiday, all departments and workshops must arrange for cleaning, equipment maintenance, closing doors and windows, cutting off power, and shutting down machinery and equipment according to procedures. Safety checks should be strengthened before the holiday, and safety measures such as fire prevention and theft prevention should be implemented.

2. During the holiday period, the on duty personnel should do a good job in duty, safety, and security. In case of major emergencies, they should report them in a timely manner according to regulations and handle them properly; Each department should arrange their work before the holiday and implement various tasks well; During holidays, all employees are required to keep their phones on to ensure smooth communication in case of emergencies.

3. Given the current severe situation of the epidemic nationwide, in order to ensure the health and safety of employees and their families, the company calls on all employees to choose to celebrate the Chinese New Year locally as much as possible, and not to leave Shanghai unless necessary, avoid crowded places, and take personal epidemic prevention measures. If personnel need to return to their hometowns, they should closely follow the relevant policies and regulations on epidemic prevention and control to ensure normal return to work after the new year. If special circumstances require compensatory or leave, they should follow the approval procedures of the company's attendance system. One day before starting work, they must submit their health code and big data health card to the administration for green work.
