Save 30% energy! Hualu Hengsheng Permanent Magnet Speed Control Transformation Successfully Completed

Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Co., Ltd. launched a new urea low pressure water project in November 2020, which includes two waste heat winter heating reverse osmosis water inlet projects. At the beginning of the project establishment, considering the different environmental temperatures in winter and summer, the output of the raw water pump needs to be adjusted in the process, so a speed control device must be installed.

The Hualu Hengsheng raw water pump operates at 6kV, 220kw/1480rpm. When considering the relevant speed regulation technology, due to the use of a considerable number of frequency converters on site, the frequency converters generate high-order harmonics during operation, have many internal components that age quickly, have high environmental requirements, and have a high failure rate in high-pressure environments. The safety is poor, and professional personnel are needed for maintenance in the later stage, resulting in high maintenance costs and short service life of the equipment; Meanwhile, as this project is a newly added project in the later stage, there is no space on site to place the distribution room for the frequency converter. The emergence of the above problems has made users urgently need a new type of speed regulation technology to replace frequency converters.

After multiple investigations and careful consideration, Hualu Hengsheng finally adopted the permanent magnet governor WF-TM600 produced by Anhui Wofu Permanent Magnet Technology Co., Ltd. for speed regulation.

As it is a new project, its energy-saving comparison is based on the shaft power at the power frequency. After debugging, the opening of the on-site actuator is currently maintained between 30-35% *, with an average energy saving rate of over 30% *. After installation and testing, the energy-saving effect was good. The highest temperature of the conductor disk during operation was 51.2 ℃, and the noise was 73dB (A). Its speed regulation was smooth, without jamming or jumping, fully meeting the on-site usage requirements. The project was very successful and achieved the user's speed regulation requirements.
